The service was top-notch, with attentive staff ready to assist with anything I needed. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for including air conditioning and a mini-bar. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast spread was impressive. The spa and wellness center provided a relaxing retreat with its sauna, jacuzzi, and massage services. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Additionally, the clean and comfortable room made me feel right at home.

the location was superb, with a stunning park nearby for leisurely strolls. the room was spacious, with tasteful decor and a lovely view. the bathroom was spotless and equipped with all the needed amenities. the service was outstanding, with friendly and accommodating staff that went above and beyond. the breakfast was divine, with a diverse variety of dishes and impeccable presentation. the in-house vinery was a definite highlight, offering delicious local wines and a cozy atmosphere. We also enjoyed the charming courtyard events and informative guided tours of the historical part.

The English interaction was limited at times which could be improved.

Wow! The hotel was spectacular. The building was historical and beautiful with excellent facilities to match. The wellness area was amazing and perfect to relax in. I loved the historic surroundings of the hotel and the park with peacocks was an incredibly nice touch. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide variety of tasty food to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering great insights on nearby attractions.

Although some services and products seemed overpriced, the overall quality of the hotel and its facilities was exceptional. The location was beautiful and peaceful, but on the weekend it could get a bit noisy with big events happening in the halls.

The breakfast was exceptional, hotel is new and beautifully designed, located near a stunning park, and walking distance to everything. Dinner outside the hotel at Zámocká viecha was delicious, and we received a pleasant surprise gift of a box of wine.
